Bauwerk Parkett Website
Responsive website concept and IA restructure (Pitch)
Pitch proposal for a parquet platform. To create a responsive website with a modern user experience that moulds to the customer's preference with personalised content, guidance for users along the journey and inspirational content that keeps users coming back.
MY ROLE
I was a designer on this pitch, working alongside a project manager, art director and team directors. From research, competitor analysis, assessing user flow, wireframing, conceptualistion, designing the responsive UI screens and preparing the deck for the pitch.
Wireframes and user flow
Studying the current site's information architecture, a new UX flow was mapped out and areas of improvements were made to the newly proposed designs. It also determined the pages that would be considered key screens for the client during the pitch.

Wireframes for every state, including all scenarios and use cases were flashed out before the designing stage.

The designs
The visual concept was to keep things clean and classic. With many pages with different layouts, it could easily get messy or cluttered. The choice of fonts, font weight and colours were curated to complement the product images, which were primarily wood since the client is a parquet company.
Guiding users along their journey
Website displays personalised content relevant to the users depending on where they are in the customer journey. Contextual call-to-actions along the sales funnel.

Personalised customer profiles
